Hi,

I just tried to check my old mails in rediff.. But seems all are gone…. I can see the subject and size of mails but it doesn’t open them.. :-(

I am waiting to get my contacts which was in my rediffmail contacts,as I read the comments above I dontknow wether I get it back or not if some one can help me to get back the contacts I will be thank full to them.
Please let me know how to get it back.

i have changed my password before 2-3 days back and i forgot the same, now i am trying to contact rediffmail costomer care even i have given my alternate mail id is satish_3054@yahoo.co.in but unfortunately not any single repply from rediff customer care and i have to check my mails its very very urgent, plz anybody know contact no of rediff cuct. care

i also changed my REDIFFMAIL password abt two weeks ago, it chnaged and it wont let me access the account..doesnt accept the new password and doesnt accept the alternate email address to provide a new password..please help..is there a customer service email id? or tel no where i can call? i have my contacts all there

Tried to post the following sos on the Customer Feedback form on my mail site.. And guess WHAT… Rediff replies my mail id … The one IN USE,.is INvalid…!!!!!

How does one RESPOND to this…? U cannot even GET THRU to them…!!

Rediffmail does privacy violation.
Emails to/from and information of my account, stopunsolicitedmail@rediffmail.com, and several others are being compromised by the crooks who administer rediffmail.

My other account, killsnoopers@rediffmail.com, password tq503gl31i
you can try for yourself – shows service unavailable temporarily and we can’t let you sign in. For other’s accounts at the exact same it logs in. – Try it yourself with your account, or any junk acount name and password.

The filthy crooks who adminster rediffmail have been violating privacy of my email for a long time, passing emails/in and out.

I hope these sick crooks are brought to justice. ! Please spread this word out, feel free to include my account information above too asking people to try and see for themselves. Thanks so much !

i am unable to open my redifmail for a period of three months…
after repeated mails to customer care, they only send me back the same reply ‘give us the details of the error why you cannot log into rediffmail’ whereas the problem is not for logging in but not able to open the mails…..rediffmail should be banned for life…
